Mayowa Adebayo began his journey in the hospitality industry at Le Meridian Hotel, now a member of Marriott International through acquisition. There, he gained valuable experience in hotel operations. He then joined UAC (Nigeria), learning from top experts in the food and beverage sector, particularly within the Mr. Bigg’s division.

In 2007, recognizing significant gaps in hospitality technology in Nigeria, he founded Admasol In-Depth Technologies Limited, focusing on deploying tech solutions for businesses in the hospitality sector, especially hotels, while still in the employment of NAITCO Services Limited, Lagos, as the Head of Hospitality Unit. His tech company has secured major contracts with several prestigious four- and- five-star rated hotels in Lagos and beyond.

Today, Mayowa serves as the Principal Consultant at AI-TECHL Consulting in Lagos, a multiple award-winning firm of MBA-level consultants and sought-after managers that specializes in professional services for the hospitality industry. Under his leadership, the AI-TECHL team has received numerous professional accolades in the sector. His hands- on experience has spanned 15 years as a distinguished management consultant with particular focus in the hospitality industry.
